Delivery
Processing time may vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order or personalised.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised items
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging.
We will review the issue and help you find the best solution.
